RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Sister A, each order is prepared with care and attention.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • body products
  • bath products
  • oils
  • mists
  • opened or used items
  • sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Review of Claims

Each request will be reviewed individually.

If your claim is approved, Sister A may offer one of the following:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • refund

The solution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
