Because many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated.
During busy periods, launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

- parcel size / weight
- selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sister A is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
Sister A is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
While we will always do our best to assist, Sister A is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers.
If you believe your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the parcel and product
